AP Calculus 2/27/15

The homework problems for next class are from p 348/ 39-59 every 4th, 65, 67, 69, 78.  To get ahead, there are the integral problems from this section, too.  p 349/ 87-107 odds.  Here are answers including all odds from 39-59 on page 348.

And yes, 67 and 69 are pretty tough.

AP Calculus 2/12/15

Try to finish the homework problems from p 285/ 45-51 odds.

A test covering chapter 4 out of the book will be on Wednesday the 18th.  Be prepared by working on p 307/ 3-10 and p 308/ 29-76.  While these are quite a few problems, you should consider yourself well prepared if these are done.

The homework for Thursday is p 285/ 45-52 all.  You can refer to pages 278-9 in the book for the Mean Value Theorem for Integrals and how to find the Average Value of a Function.  Better yet, a good explanation is found here.
